But certainly also for all our employees who are all ambassadors for The Roastary. Due to huge crowds and expansions, we are always searching for enthusiasts to join our team. Vacancy (assistant) grillmasters

The grillmaster at The Roastary occupies a central position in our organization. The grill master is pivotal in the preparation of our grilled star chicken and other dishes. In doing so, The Roastary always wants to stay in development and a lot of attention is paid to new recipes.

Profile (assistant) grillmaster:

• Responsible for the ins and outs of the kitchen in our chicken house;
• Preferably training as an SVH basic chef and/or SVH independent working chef;
• Knowledge of HACCP is a must;
• Ensure proper handling of ordering procedures;
• presentable and neat appearance;
• customer and supplier friendly;
• Flexible, accurate and attention to detail;
• hands on mentality: don’t bullshit but polish.

 

Vacancy hospitality workers

Our hospitality employees are essential to The Roastary. Unforced hospitality is our top priority and we want everyone, young and old, to feel at home in our henhouse. Nothing arrogant, nothing haughty. Door open to everyone, straightforward. But with quality and service. So that everyone, both guest and crew have an enjoyable evening.

Hospitality staff profile:

• hospitality experience a plus (not a must);
• hospitable and helpful;
• team player;
• attention to detail, accurate;
• presentable and well-groomed;
• Good command of Dutch and/or English language;
• “Don’t dick, but clean” mentality;
• Available at least 2 evenings a week.

 

Vacancy delivery drivers & dishwashers

Our dishwashers/cleaners are essential to The Roastary. Without cleaning: no Roastary!

We work with brand-fresh products and everything must be fire and burn clean at all times. And because our grillmasters make quite a mess, it is important that they have a good team behind them to make sure that everything always looks spick and span.

It is also bound to happen when asked to deliver an Order. Very important, because as an ambassador of The Roastary, your delivery driver will be in people’s homes. The icing on the chicken so to speak.

Delivery driver & dishwasher profile:

• minimum age 16 years;
• Possession of scooter license may be helpful, but is not a must;
• An eye for detail and seeing what needs to be done;
• Team player and “don’t bullshit, but clean” mentality;
• presentable and well-groomed;
• Available at least 2 evenings a week;
